Rhonda Schuhler, Ed.D., is a veteran North Carolina educator with 32 years of experience in public education. She has a career spanning roles as a teacher, principal, district leader, and superintendent, and is a past president of the North Carolina Association of School Administrators (NCASA). Dr. Schuhler has dedicated her work to championing public schools and mentoring the next generation of school leaders. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Appalachian State University, Master of School Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill and an Ed.D. from UNC-Greensboro. The Practical Principal channels a lifetime of field-tested experience into actionable, common-sense strategies for success.
